Welcome, I am Donna Roberts

Meet the teacher

Thank you for visting! I am a local tumbling teacher in Downriver Michigan at Shearrer's Art's 'N Motion. I offer weekly private lessons to individuals 3 and up, regardless of level. By creating an individualized curriculum for each student, your child will get one one-on-one instruction they need to succeed.
Tumbling takes time and dedication. I will give your child the tools they need to practice at home, so they can achieve their goals safely and correctly.

FAQ

What are your scheduling policies?

I try my best to be accommodating with life's busy schedules, as I have one as well. However, day of cancelations and no shows inconvenience me tremendously, for I could have given that time to somebody else. There will be a $15 late fee for these circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time.

What does one lesson cost?

It will be thirty dollars for a 45 minute session per child. Siblings, or friends are more than welcome to take class together.

How can I get my tumbler ready for class?

  • Hair must be pulled back
  • Water
  • Comfy, light clothing they can move in
  • Bare feet or cheer shoes.
  • A positive attitude : )

FAQ

How long are lessons?

Typically we do 45 minute lessons, for tumbling is physically demanding and requires attention and focus.

Am I allowed to watch class?

Yes! I would actually prefer that you come in and watch. This lets you see what we are working on, and know what to encourage them to practice at home.

Are other's allowed to come and watch?

Siblings, friends, family members are welcome. However, they cannot disrupt class by running around, touching equipment, or verbally distracting. This takes away from your tumbler by making it harder for us to focus.
